About this workshop
A special session for the curious and crafty! Our high tech and seemingly complex world of machine embroidery now condensed into a child-friendly session, where children will turn their doodles into their prized embroidered artworks.
The Doodle-to-Stitches workshop experience:
Each child will come with a drawing prepared beforehand
We'll teach your child how to use a professional digitizing programme to recreate his/her drawing in digital stitch format
We'll have fun choosing our embroidery thread colour
Together, we'll learn how to operate an embroidery machine and stitch out the artwork!
Age requirement
This workshop is for children aged 7-12 years. Child will need to be able to follow instructions with guidance and observe safety rules. Parent/guardian accompaniment is allowed.
